Yoga Restore aims to share the wonders of yoga with you - put simply, the practice of yoga can restore your mind, body, your whole self so that you can feel at your best.
There is no need to wade through all the copious information about yoga available in the media and online. A local class is all you need: we start with the basics and move on from there such as looking at improved posture (via yoga poses) and improving breathing in general. My tenet is 'quality over quantity' and my special interests are "Yoga for Back Health" and "Simple Yoga breathing". There is no 'should' and no pushing yet great results can be achieved with only a little (but regular) investment of your time.
