Ongoing: 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday in Brockton

  • I'd love to work with groups that want help with stress-management and to find a way to factor yoga into every day life.  I particularly want to show gentle poses (such that you can wear loose clothing rather than special 'yoga costume').  I also want to show short yoga breathing sequences with simple movement, yoga breathing in general and short, meditative practices - all simple and easy to learn.  All such practices are enormously healing.  I can teach you how to factor short effective practices into your day/to know some favourite healing practices for when you have a spare moment.  You will want to do them - there will be no 'should'!


I am happy to travel around Shropshire to give classes.  You don't need a fancy yoga studio - just yourself, a mat and a blanket.





Note that classes are of 90 minutes duration and the time flies!


The "Drop in" Saturday classes held in Brockton SY5 are designed for you to de-stress and are suitable for beginners, as well as long-time practitioners.

  • I am also happy to offer classes in Mindfulness, Yoga Philosophy and Stress Management

 I also run 'one to ones' by arrangement on days to suit you.  This is ideal if you want to look at specific aspects of yoga such as yoga for back health - such as for healing sciatica - or for other health issues e.g. migraines, yoga breathing, yoga for pregnancy, yoga to help with anxiety, insomnia, etc.

  • Everyday Yoga (daily yoga)

General classes involve the practice of  warm ups and yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and occasional short, general meditative practices such as candle gazing.   In this way, you get an authentic experience of the traditional and highly-therapeutic practices of yoga.
