Wed from 6.00 to 7.30 pm

Thurs from 10.00 to 11.30 am


Ongoing: 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday in Brockton 

CF Hall, SY5 9QN

I run other private and bespoke classes

Taster group classes available by request.  

I am happy to travel around Shropshire to give classes.


I also run 'one to ones' by arrangement on days to suit you.  This is ideal if you want to look at specific aspects of yoga such as yoga for back trouble (e.g. sciatica) or for other health issues (e.g. migraines), yoga breathing.


Classes for those with Multiple Sclerosis or with other health issues


Note that classes are of 90 minutes duration and the time flies!


The "Drop in" Saturday classes held in Brockton SY5 are designed for you to de-stress and are suitable for beginners, as well as long-time practitioners.

General classes involve the practice of  warm ups and yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and occasional short, general meditative practices such as candle gazing.   In this way, you get an authentic experience of the traditional and highly-therapeutic practices of yoga.
